Every month we had to put together six reports, one for each company, and every student had to be listed individually with their hours and levels. That was about three days of work. Now we run the automation and it's done.
Inside Word, a Hungarian language school, delivered monthly student progress reports to six corporate HR clients. Every report had each student listed by hand with their hours and levels. The full set took about three days of manual work each month.
We built a custom automation that pulls student data, formats it against each client's branding, and generates the full set of branded PDFs from a single command. The school's team runs it themselves once a month.
Three days of monthly reporting collapsed to under 60 seconds. Six corporate clients served from one tool. The team got that time back without adding headcount.
